So I saw Captain America The winter Soldier last night and it did not dissapoint, Chris evans (who my girlfriend LOVES) yet again 'Suited up' and took on the role of the captian in the full forced action packed sequal to the 2011 Box office smash Captain America: The First Avenger.

In this movie the Captain is being hunterd down by the Winter soilder, his old comrade Bucky Barnes, who was tested on by Arnim Zola (Red skulls head scientist in WW2) before he was saved and he survived the fall from the train in the first avenger and he lost his arm after the fall thus his metal arm.
Massive plot twist in the middle of the movie which shows that Hydra has been working inside S.H.I.E.L.D since it began after the captain plummited into the ice during WW2, Arnim Zola After being captured at the end of the first avenger , he was recruited to work for S.H.I.E.L.D. He uses this to plant seeds of HYDRA within S.H.I.E.L.D., taking it over, and when he aged his body couldnt be saved so his mind was uloaded into computers located in a secret S.H.I.E.L.D./HYDRA facility in New Jersey, he then created the 'Zola-alogrithm' used by S.H.I.E.L.D.'s "Project Insight", which is used to identify and target potential threats to HYDRA's interests, until the Cap, Falcon and Black widow stop project insight, with Maria Hill and Nick Furys help.
The end of credit sequence shows an off the record hydra base that talk about the captain and they say we stick have the twin sand shows a man running around a cell at high speed and a woman in a cell using telekinectic powers and I though nothing of it but i then realised that is is Quicksilver and Scarlet witch (Magnetos twin children). this is a nod towards Avengers 2 Age of Ultron which is in the process of filming now.
